After you place your order, we send you two emails:
– An order confirmation immediately after purchase
– A shipping confirmation once your package has been dispatched
If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, please first check your spam folder.
If you used your phone number instead of an email address at checkout, you will not receive a confirmation email. In this case, please contact our customer service and let us know which email address you would like to add to your order — so you can receive the shipping confirmation with your tracking information.
Processing and shipping your order usually takes 6 to 8 business days, depending on stock availability.
Once your order leaves our shipping center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping usually takes 5 business days after your order has been processed.
If the desired product is only available in limited quantities, there may be a delay of an additional 2 to 3 business days.
Rest assured – we do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
If you made a mistake when entering your delivery address, you can change it before the order is shipped.
In some cases, small address changes are still possible after shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your address.
Once your package has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email.

Delivery: Our standard delivery to USA is free for orders over 45 USD.

You’ve already placed your order, but the address is incorrect? You can cancel your order yourself within 30 minutes after it has been placed.
If you need to change the address, color, or size, a cancellation is also required. After 30 minutes, this is no longer possible.
If you have a customer account with us, you can easily complete the necessary steps yourself.
First, fill out our return form, providing details such as your order number, the item(s) you’re returning, your email address, and so on.
The more information you include in the form, the faster and easier the return process will be for you — and of course, for us as well.
Next, take the packaged shipment to the nearest Packstation or DHL location and you’ll receive a receipt for your return.
We will be notified of your return and will arrange the refund of the invoice amount as quickly as possible.
After your return has been checked, we will immediately refund the amount via the payment method you previously selected. For some payment providers, this process may take up to 10 business days. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
Did you pay with a gift card? In that case, the refund will first be processed to the gift card until it reaches the original amount."
